Crank vent tube question

Ok, on my 97, the rear crank vent tube goes to after the throttle body, looks like an OEM configuration. However, the front valvecover one currently goes to nowhere, it was crappily put before the air filter, not even secured. My question is, can I get the right size "T" fitting and T it in with the factory location of the rear vent hose???
