Two things I just noticed. First off, my light in the driver's side door does not work. I tried to replace the light bulb, but it still didn't work. Anything that I can do to fix? What parts needed?

Secondly, I have noticed from time to time that my passenger side window switch will not activate the window. Actually, when it happens I try to put the passenger window down from both the driver's side and the passenger's side and both don't work. It only happens every once in a while and only does it for a few seconds/minutes, but when I try it later, it works as it should. What could be the problem and or fix?

have it off right now, why?

The marker lights have this pretty cheezy connector:). Most of the time I find that one of the male pins on the panel side has been bend due to someone shoving the female connector in there. It is really easy to do, but it has NEVER happened to me :):)LOL........

Lay on the ground and look up into the connector on the dorr panel with good light. Maybe a silver pin is bend.

As far as the window switch, I would check carefully for loose connectors around the drivers door window switches. If both drivers and passenger switches do not work, the drivers side switch is more likely to have a problem. If it is not that, then maybe the window motor itself is becoming intermittent.

Didn't start as a result of the problems. Also, I can't get the passenger side window down and I need it down to remove the door panel correct? I don't think it is the motor, but the electrical assembly itself, but not sure. Help, this is driving me nuts. I have the feeling that it has something to do with the relay that shuts of the ability to put down the passenger window from the driver's side. (swith that says on or main?)

The driver's side door panel is off and so is the assembly. Does this have to be connected for the window to work on the passenger side?

As far as the light goes, I see the lone pin bend out a little. Do I just have to bend it back?

The switches in The drivers door are needed to use the passenger window, or you would have to power the motor directly . But....you may take the door panel off regardless of the window position:)

I have both door panels off now and more troubleshooting questions. The passenger window keeps intermittently working and I actually got stuck in the rain with it down, but here's the question. If I have the driver's side window switch plugged in, but not the passenger, will the passenger window still work? Unfortunatley, I forgot the passenger side switch (but had the driver's side) and I couldn't get the window up. I got stuck in a massive storm, but thanks to autobodytech my interior was saved due to his awesome taping abilities. Due to this scenario, does that help narrow the problem to the driver's side switch? Do both switches need to be plugged in to complete the circuit for the window to work?
