Coolant tank question Help!!!

I was cleaning my engine bay today and noticed that my Dali coolant tank had one hose detached. It is the small hose near the cap. The hose is attached to the tank but is just hanging there. I am sure it is suppose to attach to something in the engine bay or I could be wrong. Can anyone tell me where this attaches to or show me a picture, diagram, ect. Any help would be appreciated as I do not want to drive my car until this issue is resolved. Thanks.

The small hose just under the cap is an over preasure vent and is not attached to anything on the output end. You are just fine the way you are.
