Coolant leaking

After a few recent drives, I noticed some coolant leaking out under the hood. Looks like the coolant leaked out thru the blue cap’s pin hole . Water is collected on top of the cap and in the crossbar below. See picture attached.

I recently had all the hoses replaced and I don’t know if this happened before the hoses were replaced or not. Do you guys have any idea? Thanks!!

Isn’t that the washer fluid cap? Or are we still talking about engine coolant?

Yes it’s the washer fluid cap under the hood right behind the radiator. You think the blue liquid is the washer fluid? In any case, do you happen to know what the problem is?

my car did that all the time after a track day...window washer fluid blue...I did nothing other than clean it off.

That's a new one for me. Now I'll have to look under the hood to see if I have any signs of a drip or a pin hole in the washer cap.
