Coolant leak - Heater core?

'91 5speed w/48k miles..I discovered a small coolant leak right at the firewall where the supply/return lines connect to the heater core. It looks like the grommet has worn on one of the lines, probably causing the fitting to rub on the firewall...Anybody ever experience a similar problem?.. Am I looking at total heater core replacement?..I'll be visiting the dealer tomorrow.
Thanks.

Probably a good time to check all of the radiator hoses too . I just replaced all of mine after one of them split (Dealer cost was $100-$125). My NSX is also a '91 albeit with 113,000 miles.

It's not a bad idea to replace the hoses on any '91, regardless of miles. I replaced mine two years ago, even though it only had 39K miles.

I had all the hoses replaced when I purdchased the car last year....I did a little more research, and from what I can discern, a leak anywhere in the heater core will eventually leak on the outside of the firewall...So I'm probably looking at major repair bill here.
