Converting a 91 to a 2002?

I know this message has been posted before but I would like to know of the necessary parts to convert a 91 to a 2002 NSX along with the costs. If anyone has had any experience, please let me know. I appreciate all ideas and comments. Thanks. =)

you will need the hood , bumper , head light assembly ,rear valence ,rear lights and i belive the rear lip spoiler........if ive missed anything please chim in guys.

ohh one more thing....you will need alot of $$$. Your probably better off waiting on a 02 style one coming into ur price range .

Of course, a 3.2L engine and 6 speed tranny, perforated leather seats, new wheels and tires and an updated VIN number would help too.

In my opinion, don't waste your money. The headlights and hood ALONE cost 6K!!!
