Not sure if this has been mentioned or not, but most, if not all OEM applications use Red-Orange LEDs because they are a good amount brighter than pure red LEDs.I also want to note that stock NSX tail lights are on the dimmer side. Normally and typically, these types of LEDs in a plug and play configuration are dimmer than incandescents.
