Convert to CA emissions

I am in the market to purchase a NSX. Can someone tell me about how much it costs to convert a out of CA vehicle to pass CA emissions? Is this something I should worry about?

All U.S. NSXs are 50 State Legal, including california. No need to modify to pass CA emissions, unless there is aftermarket modifications to the emissions control systems.
