Condensation in the trunk is fairly common. Any moisture that gets into the trunk gets vaporized by the heat of the engine and exhausts system and then condenses on cooler inside of the trunk lid and tail lights. If the seal around the trunk lid is good and you have not had any spills or wet items in the trunk I would replace the tail light gaskets.
