Computer IE6 help please

for some strange reason when i right click to save a picture as, it always saves under a .bmp file and it is untitled....what's up with this!!!!!!!!!!

IE does not always seem to manage the cache correctly, sometimes causing this issue when your browser’s cache is full. You can try holding down Shift while clicking the reload button to force the downloading of a web page (rather than pulling from the cache), then save the picture. If that does not work, clear your browser’s cache by clicking Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files. If that does not work, take a look at these KB articles:

If you are still experiencing problems, download Firefox.
