Comptech suspension question... Height adjustable???

I was told by the previous owner that i have comptech suspension. It doesnt look like your typical coilover that is adjustable by using the 2 "wrenches" to rotate the two rings. If this is indeed a comptech adjustable suspension, how do i raise it??

Same bottom plate as my JRZs more or less. There should be one bolt that you loosen on that bottom perch and then you can rotate it to raise or lower on the thread.

You'll also need the proper size/type of spanner wrench unless your coils are pretty loose.
