Just out of curiousity Chris, this may be a stupid question. But how long is the expected life on that setup? If it has already been used for 40k miles, isn`t it about done?

No, I think you are comparing it to a stock clutch which typically wears faster due to it's design and the way people drive it.

In comparison, this clutch had more than 75% friction material left when it was removed from the car 1000-2000 miles ago by Comptech. However, there is no way I can guarantee life remaining on the clutch, which is why it is being sold cheap. The clutch can be refreshed with a new disc from Comptech.
