Comes with everything you need as shown. The rear O2 sensor extension wire plug came in contact with the exhaust and melted the plastic plug a little. It still plugs in correctly and never affected the wiring, the pins or O2 sensor operation - I didn't even know it until I went to remove them. Maybe 7k miles on the headers and they're in great condition. SOS price is $1645.00. SOLD.
