My car 1991. Will fit all NA1 motor (1991-1994). Muffler used with your stock tip (or weld on your own tip choice)

Why doesn't the exhaust come with the tips. I thought they came with resonated tips. Am I wrong.

The previous tips were butt ugly chop it off and put stock tips on.

Is that a stock exhaust with Comptech tips or a Comptech exhaust with stock tips??? I'm confused now. Looks like a stock exhaust...
