Comptech Exhaust stock on 01?

I just purchased a 2001 NSX and notice it has a Comptech exhaust as it says "Comptech Sport" on the tail-pipes. Is this a stock exhaust or after market?

What effect does the modification have on the vaule of the car and its performance (i.e., how much of an HP boost)?
