Short answer
yes, but you will need comptech adapter pipes.

Long answer
Comptech uses the same exhaust for 1991-2004. However, for 1991-96 it just bolts up with no adapter. For 1997-1999 their is a specific adapter used and for 2000-2004 their is a different adapter used. I can get the comptech adapter for your car for 210.00 (comptech sells for 250) or SOS sells an adapter for 195.00
