Competition Front Camber Bushings Install Instrustion

hi
anyone have the Competition Front Camber Bushings instrustion?
i bought a set before comptech ran out of stock, but i have no clue how to install them!

They replace the steel sleeves in the lower A arms where the ball joints mount. Press the old ones out and press the CT parts in with the eccentrics positioned to make the ball joint mounts as far away from the center of the car as possible.
