The ECU can recognize a single cylinder, but sometimes doesn't. the rear bank (cyl 1,2 or 3) misfire codes are:cyl#1 - 71cyl#2 - 72cyl#3 - 73. Also code #79 can be a random malfunction. I don't see code#48 on my list (I must have an older list). Have you cleared the ECU and rechecked the codes? Sometimes just a little bad gas can throw a misfire code.
