Code 1 and 2 with new O2-Sensors !!!

Who can help me with my troubles on a 1992 NSX. I get code 1 and 2 after
accelerate more than 3 or 4 seconds, the O2-Sensors are working, but anyway i changed them for new parts, but still the same problem !!! My engine goes well, idle is ok, emissiontest was ok after warming up the engine
5 minutes. The sparkplugs look as new after 1000km, could it run to lean ??
But i don´t get code 43/44 !! I checked EGR-System, all ok !! All vaccumpipes
are ok ! What else can i do ???

Have you cleared your codes by pulling the clock fuse?

Hello, yes many times !! they always came back, specially when i do the
Hondatest- in 4.gear at 1500rpm for 5 seconds full on the throttle and then 5 seconds no throttle.
