Clutch squeak

I have a squeaking sound coming from the engine area every time I depress and let up the clutch pedal. I have had the clutch master and slave cylinder replaced. Also the clutch pedal travel feels like it is sticking. Anybody have any ideas what is wrong?

Is the squeak constant if the pedal is held to the floor, or just during the transition in pushing the pedal to the floor?
Some possibilities, depending on the answer to the above:
First, if its just as the pedal is moving:

1. Is there grease on the tip of the clutch slave rod / input to the clutch fork? This may not have been done during slave replacement. Make sure the specified high temp urea grease is used.
2. It could be the clutch fork pivot needs grease (same type urea grease). This can be done with a little effort when the clutch slave is out.
3. You said its coming from the engine bay, so its obviously not the clutch pedal assembly inside the car.

Now, to the much more painful possibilities ( because they require removal of the transmission) if the noise is there the whole time the pedal is to the floor
4. Clutch release bearing (aka throwout bearing)
5. Pilot bearing

That's my list. Others may have additional ideas.

Thanks ftuhy. The noise is only when the clutch pedal is at it's fully depress position. Whether it's going down or coming up.

I know this sounds like a repeat, but if you hold the pedal absolutely still when its fully depressed, does it squeal then? Or just as you start/finish moving the pedal?

Given the fact that you describe the clutch pedal as sticking during its travel, I am going to vote for #1 and maybe #2 on Frank's list (particularly if the sticking and noise are present when you press on the clutch pedal when the engine is not running). I had the squeaking noise and a vague feeling like there was some grit in the clutch mechanism somewhere. During an oil change, the Acura mechanic applied some urea grease on the tip of the clutch slave cylinder push rod. It does not require disassembly to do this; but, it is a fiddly job.

The squeak occurs when you move the pedal. Again thanks for your help as well to "old guy"for his input as well. I'm going to an NSX mechanic to shoot some Urea grease under the rubber boot and see it quiets the squeak. Thanks to all for all your help!
