If it's an Acura dealer then I would do the following:

Find a way to be there when they open in the morning.  Ask the service manager to detail exactly what they have done to the car and what is left.  Ask them for the "book" time on that work. (Confirm this later by calling another dealer.)

If the work includes more than the basic installation of your parts, did you give them a blanket authorization without the details of work?  Even if you did, you should insist (assuming it's true) that they did not make clear that complications had dramatically increased the price.  They should have explained any such problems to you if the work would exceed book figures, not just up the estimate verbally.

If this is as you have represented, please do not let them get away with it.  This goes way beyond the kind of minor bill padding that shops do every day, it's pure fraud or incompetence and either way you should not pay.

I'd also be concerned about what they may have screwed up during all this time but are now trying to cover up.
