actually, it's worse...they've had my car since last wednesday and i just had voice mail that it may not be done until this friday... and, the last estimate they gave me was $3600!!! so, i'm trying to figure out what they're doing, because it doesn't sound right..(obviously) it would have been cheaper (and less time!) to hire a transporter and have the car taken to anyone else.. though there are a few local places that could have done a good job. i tried to be "loyal" and take the car where i get all my work done and they've always treated me well and did good work, but perhaps this job was too much for them. for now i'll withhold all names until i get my car back and get the final bill.
