My clutch pedal has to be pushed in almost to the floor to shift gears, does this mean i need a new clutch, or can an adjustment be made? I think the cable is loose. Any advise will be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks,
Stephen

I'm pretty sure the cable isn't loose - it's a hydraulic system!
Look for problems in that area - check for leaks & bleed the system - it may need new seals in the master or slave cylinder though.

Also, see the manual here - http://www.nsxprime.com/FAQ/Reference/1991_svcman/1991servman.pdf
Look at the box at the bottom that says page 1 of 1420 & type in 319 & enter. That will take you straight to the clutch section - it has details on page 321 & 322 of how to remove & service the master & slave cylinders if necessary, or you can go directly to item 2 on the installation section (right side of page) of the slave cylinder on page 322, which explains how to bleed. (If you are low on fluid in the clutch reservoir, it is perhaps indication that a seal is leaking & you are losing fluid, so need to repair)
Also the adjustment for the pedal free-play is on page 320.
(I may have mixed up the page #'s in your pm - these are the correct page references)
Good Luck!
