Clutch Damper Delete leaking after 2 month! Why?

I have just seen a Dali clutch damper delete start leaking after working for 2 months with no problems noticed. Just a pool of fluid on the ground last nite and the master reservoir empty.
First thought was a shot slave.
Under the car for a look and the joint is leaking at the Delete.
Its the connection closest to the front of the car with the 12mm stock nut and the 11/16 or whatever braided nut.
Anyone have experience or how to fix.
Perhaps just unscrewing things putting back together might seat things???
Don't think Teflon tape is used on this type of system.

Ok. so we undid the connection that was leaking, looked at it, probably scared it, reattached the two sides just as tight as before, and surprize, we are in business.

Unless its an AN fitting or flared fitting, always use teflon tape better safe than sorry

These hoses, piping and fittings are flared dude, so no tape.

Glad to see it's ok. I've had nightmares with a few flared fittings in my day.
