Clogged drain

Everytime I wash my car, water gather at both edges of the rear glass hatch.
- Is my hatch not sealing properly? How to adjust?
- Are there drains at both ends of the glass hatch? How to unclog?

I too had that problem but the water would disappear after driving for a couple of minutes.
