Clip worn out or busted

After removing my door panels half a dozen times, these seem to have worn out. Hard to describe - those triangle plastic panels on the interior of the door. You must remove them when removing the door panel. There are two per side. Is there a place to buy replacements? Can I replace only the metal clips?

They are loose enough that when driving on the freeway with windows down they will fly off and hit me in the head (true story).

(I ran a search on this site but couldn't find anything)

you can also pop the metal clips out and readjust the barbs that grip the plastic- if it does not work i concur with larry- buy new ones, they are not expensive.

Thanks, guys! Those are the exact right parts. I'll try my hand at adjusting the metal clips, but I think the plastic may be too far gone.

Thanks!

My front driver's one was so far gone that in some prior life it got attached with some butyl tape. The plastic the metal clip barbs grab onto was completely chewed away. It works well enough that I'm debating buying the new pieces at all.
