For anyone who's suffering from the climate control high fan speed only problem:
Just had mine fixed today. Pulled the unit out, and removed the circuit board. (You could see where some of the cap's had leaked.) Dropped off at a local shop Monday, and had it back by Tuesday. Installed it, and it works like a champ. Local OC (socal) shop - charged me $75.
Looked at me a little weird when I walked in with just a circuit board, (the place is filled with TV's etc...) but - nice guy - replaced all 13 cap's.
