Climate Control problem

'91 NSX, 85K miles. The climate control system will only blow on the highest setting, all of the lower settings do no work. The blower motor TSB has been done. We thought the CC board might have some fried capacitors, and sure enough it did, but after replacing them (properly by a qualified individual) the symptoms are identical. Any ideas?

I assume you're referring to TSB 92-007. Did you replace the transistor and the blower motor, or just the transistor?
