I have a '94 NSX. A while ago (a looong while ago) my A/C decided to only work on high. I read on here then about the climate control circuit panel being notorious for doing this and that it requires having the capacitors replaced. I can't find that thread any longer. There specifically was someone from Florida (where I am) that had given an address to mail the board to to have it done for about $100. If ANYONE remembers this or has any new information please let me know. Since it's wintertime (Florida winters, such that it is), I could do without the A/C for a while to have it repaired now. I can't go another year like this. Thanks.
