Climate Control display alway "OFF"

I sent my climate control to ATE company..to rebuild the Climate control after two trip to this company..the Unit it doing the same..Fan alway "ON" and Display alway "OFF"...ATE said that it should be problems with the car..and what can I do? Fuse? relay? what?...I can't drive the car like this..there a way to replace the Climate Control Unit with something more manual? thank you...I been owning this car for a months and the climate control never work with me...if I can fix it ...I will sell this beatifull car.

Sorry, but that's not normal. Maybe you have a problem with your's as well.

Dought it. Installed multiple ones, fan can be controlled and on without showing anything on the display. Then when 'mode' is pressed it all comes on.

As I read his question, his "...fan is always on..." and his display is, "always off." That's not the way mine works. I can turn my fan off and on, and I can turn my display off and on.
