Clicking noise from Dash

I have a peculiar problem with a clicking nosie that comes from the dash. It sounds exactly like my turn signals /emergency blinkers are on but they aren't on. It usually comes on whern I start the car and then goes away in 1 or 2 minutes. In additon, I noticed one time that my radio and Climate control LED lights were also "flashing" as the clicking noise continuted. After the clicking noise goes away, the blinking of the LED lights stops. Is this a solenoid problem? or bad connection? I'm sure it not the ABS pump making the noise.

Sounds to me like a relay that changes the brightness of your radio and climate control is being triggered. Turn your headlights on and off. Hear it?

I dont know where that relay is personally. Malibu Rapper or D'Ecosse will probably know exactly where.
