Clear coat peeling on roof

I have a '91 NSX that has some small spots on the black roof where the clear coat is bubbling and starting to peel. I'm assuming that the only solution is to repaint the roof, but this forum always has creative alternatives...

Any recomendations for someone to paint an NSX near the Santa Rosa, CA area?
