That person in the picture is Ayrton Senna. Regarded by many as the best Formula 1 driver ever. He died back in the 90s when his steering column broke in his F1 car at the beginning of a high speed turn. He helped Honda fine tune the handling characteristic of the NSX.

No there wasn't any sarcasm in my reply lol. I can tell from his question, "Is that you?" that he simply didn't know who Aryton Senna was. It's a funny picture though in regards to what he was looking for .
