Why don't we do this with all of the book cookers of Enron and such? I think it would solve alot of these problems.

That only happens in a communist country where the government actually has control and oversight over big business. We live in a capitalist country where big business controls the government. Those "book cookers" at Enron will get off with no punishment at all. And if the public really protests, then they will send them away for 6 months to a country club prison.

That's so true. And now Martha Stewart is back in the news today "asking" to go to jail, just so she can get it over with. It's almost like a little bit of a hassle for her. It's not even a punishment! It's just a small inconvenience to her!
