here are some pictures from chinatown showoff yesterday. i just primarily went to help the team out to show in good numbers. i didn't feel it was competition ready since i still lack much of the: interior, sound, and even performance upgrades.... but suprisingly i took home 2nd place ACURA. :biggrin:

i actually have no idea. when they were announcing winners, they were doing it over a megaphone, and from where i was standing i couldnt hear crap.... it was a teammate who told me i actually won 2nd... i guess once they release the results, we'll find out...

maybe a TURBO'd integra, dumped on chrome 20's, with airride, neon under glow, and 30 scoops and vents on the car??? close call...

Pretty much all of them
Dark blue CF Comptech wide body+02 headlight belongs to Erwin (can’t remember his Prime ID)

Orange BRS wide body + 02 headlight belongs to Mike/Wheel

Long beach blue + 02 headlight belongs to a local gentleman, I believe his name is Daniel

Yes, that's a Comptech wide body with 02 headlight. I agree very sexy :biggrin: but need to delete those pre 02 turn signal :tongue:

I would have thought there would be a lot of issues putting the 02 lights with the comptech body as it was desined for pre-02 cars. Yes? No?

Congrats Daniel on 2nd. I was there running in the 10k "Firecracker down the street and I was so envious I couldn't attend the show. But I did see your pulling around the corner that morning. Your car is a jaw dropper! I was there with 3 other girls and they really liked the color of your car! Congrats again!

BTW, Is the light blue car Duke as in Duke of Team Spugen? the s2000 guy?

Yes, Comptech front bumper was made for pop-up headlights only. In order to make it work with fix headlights, you only need the body shop to modified the front bumper to fit 02 hood and headlights.

The black X NEEDS to desperately sort out the front brakes!!! Looks funny like a bodybuilder on stilts!! IMO I would not even put those wheels on until I get a BIG brake kit put on...

I wish the Falken dealer in my area looked like her... Then all my cars would sport Falken tires... Oh, the NSX's looked good too...

It may be a coincidence, but there was a medium blue NSX with the same body kit at Hill Top Auto Service in Daly City. As I re-call the owner then was trying to sell it. ALthough, some work was required to make it road worthy. If it was the same car, then you have done a great job with it.
