We've got something similar (though not as tall) in Australia on the Gold Coast... it's an awesome, if very short ride (10secs). It shoots you off at about 2-3G's... bit like a supercharged nsx.
Very enjoyable experience so long as you don't throw up afterwards.

Personally, I hate roller coasters mainly because I'm scared of them. My friends were all surprised the fact that I can have fun doing 160 mph in my car but scared of roller coaster rides. Basically, here's my answer, "I can't take things that I've no control over."
