I just ungraded the exhaust, headers and intake. After driving it for 5 minutes, the check engine light came on. Is this normal and will it automatically fix itself? Thanks!

1) The car has a CTSC in it.
2) The TCS comes on which closes the throttle plate.
3) It slows down the engine.
4) The check engine light comes on.
5) Does the closing throttle plate by the TCS make the engine too rich?
6) Does this throw an engine misfire code?
7) Can all this happen if I take a corner at a pretty good rate of speed?
8) If I turn the TCS off and drive the same way, is this a legitimate way of testing to see if the A/F mixture is too rich thereby throwing the MIL light on?
9) With the CTSC working above 2000 rpms is this forcing the fuel into the cylinder w/o the proper air fuel ratio when the TCS closes the throttle plate?

You need to see what the code is before getting too deep in Theory about the cause.....my guess (shootin from the hip ) is Map sensor code...but It could be many differnt things, you have to get the code from the memory!
