A friend of mine and I decide to follow each other at the track and record it.

Smoke is from the scavange not being able to pump oil fast enough at really high rpm's.
That would be fix with something like this, this one was made by Rob, before those assholes stole his car.

He was running 420 awhp, I am running 430rwhp, hes car is heavier but on R comps. The smoke its not there all the time, only very high rpm right handers.

Neither one of you are using all the track or carrying momentum through the turns. You should be up on top of the rumble strips at the apex, not just "kissing the edges". :wink:

For sure, that'll be great.
So far in our group of friends for next season there will be, two STi's one heavy duty the other one mostly suspension, one Evo 8 heavy duty suspension and drive train and the Evo X on this videos.

So a next season will be a good one, I usually do the Touge.ca track days . Just because Kevin is a cool cat. Are those the events you guys do?

I've been to Kevin's events. He's a cool guy. I started my own track days because I found other clubs to be too crowded. We have 12 cars max at DDT. 9-5 as much track time as you want. It's an older crowd too. We only hold about 3 track days a year. We don't do the track days for profit. I can send you info if you like. We'd love to have you at our track days next year.

Here is a HD video of that track on an earlier track day, notice the huge amount of understeer the 215 RT615 azenis were giving me.

That understeer has been fix with a pair of 235 Direzza star specs.
