Changing Condensor

I have a leak in the driver's side condensor. Does the front bumper have to come off to replace the condensor? The service manual was a unclear. The car has 02 conversion using stock parts, does anyone have a diagram for removing the front bumper on an 02?

BTW: Is it a good idea to change them both, if the bumper is off anyway?

I have a 92' w/ 02 conversion. I did not have to remove the bumper whatsoever to change out the pass. side. Unless the other side is damaged/leaking I wouldn't bother changing both sides.
