CHA-S634 fast forward

I installed my CHA-S634 with a little trouble (factory brackets weren't being used for my previous changer/phone) and am really enjoying it.

However, when I try to use the FF/RW keys to skip ahead or behind in a track, they don't do anything except mute the audio for a few seconds. Do these no longer work?

BTW, the random play feature is really great on an MP3 CD!

All buttons should work as they do on a normal CD. That being said I have found it depends on what MP3 encoder was used. I use Audiocatalyst and don't have any problems.
