Certified NSX Shops in PA

Looking to perform an official pre-sale compression test.

Anyone know of any certified shops in PA that can do this?

I am located in Allentown, Pa. Thanks in advance.

FWIW I'd trust any competent mechanic to do a compression test. when I bought my car I just took it to the nearest Acura dealer.

Off the top of my head I think the closest well regarded NSX shop would be GT Japanese Automotive in Edison.

My local Acura dealer doesnt even have a certified Nsx Tech available. was just wanting to do a courtesy check for a buyer. Thanks.

GT Japanese in Edison, NJ is the closest specialist. But, you don't need a NSX-certified tech to do a compression test. It works like any other car. Warm it up, pull the fuel injector plug and ignitor plug, remove the coil and plug and test each cylinder by cranking with the gas pedal mashed. It's little fiddly reaching the plugs due to the access, but any master tech who has worked on any Honda/Acura engine would be able to easily do this.

Plus one for the GT recommendation! Only one I let touch my cars. Kun, the owner owns an SC'd 2005 and his wife bought an NC1. So now they will be well experienced in that platform.

Haha yeah, it’s nice having a specialist for these cars so close, only 30 minutes for me. The closest 3000GT Specialist is in PA.
