GT Japanese in Edison, NJ is the closest specialist. But, you don't need a NSX-certified tech to do a compression test. It works like any other car. Warm it up, pull the fuel injector plug and ignitor plug, remove the coil and plug and test each cylinder by cranking with the gas pedal mashed. It's little fiddly reaching the plugs due to the access, but any master tech who has worked on any Honda/Acura engine would be able to easily do this.
