The Vent is fine.. no broken blades / swivels left right.. up and down fine.
Trim is beat up & cracked.. was repaired/ bondo.. but cracked when removed.. if you are good with this type of repair maybe you can fix.. sand down repaint etc
Or just buy it for the vents..
