Use a razor blade and cut underneath the plastic. It should come right off. Then carefully scuff off the rest with the razor blade to complete remove the white foam residue. If there's anything left on the glass, glass cleaner should be able to take the rest off.
The only problem is after you do this, there will be a big white square that use to be covered by the antenna. You'll then need to decide whether or not you want to go through the trouble of removing the phone entirely.
The phone is long gone, removed the hand set and supporting hardware in the trunk a while ago. Even put black felt to cover the holes in the bottom of the arm rest box.
A friend of mine who worked at a car stereo install shop recommend a piece of floss or fishing line and you just pull it back and forth slowly. It worked MUCH better then the razor and does not risk hurting the glass (or your fingers).
I used a razor blade but the floss sounds much safer.
I left the receiver and the wire on the underside in place in case I wanted to reverse the procedure. To hide the ugly white foam mounting tape that holds the receiver in place I got a 3" x 3" piece of black decal and put it on the window over the mounting point - worked fine.
Now my NSX does not look like it is radio controlled!
I used the razor blade method on the outside part, the inside part was hard to get at and the on the glass anttena was close by. I did not want to damage it so I just twisted it off with a Vicegrips.
