CEL code 14 after installing exhaust

I recently installed a new exhaust, and since then the CEL has come on several times, each time throwing a code 14 ("IAC System"). It comes on sporadically (sometimes 1-2 days after resetting the ECU, other times 2-3 weeks), but always the same code.

Has anyone else had experience with this? I'm wondering if the code 14 has something to do w/ the exhaust, or maybe it's just a coincidence and something really is wrong w/ the IAC system...

I would check the wiring located around the throttle body, sounds like a loose connection. Look in the service manual in the Fuel and Emissions section on Page 70 of that section.
