CD Player Installation

Can anybody post pictures of their trunk mounted factory CD playerin the horizontal and vertical positions? I am going to attempt an install this weekend and would feel better going into it knowing what it is supposed to look like when I finish. Thanks. Scott

Here you go.

In order to remove the carpet clips without mutilating them, I fashioned a tool out of an electrical fixture hanger bar I had laying around. Worked great and cost nothing:

BTW when I installed my OEM changer, there were no holes or grommets in the carpeting through which the four mounting bolts needed to pass. I wanted to make certain I cut the holes once in the proper location - no hack jobs! I ended up removing the carpeting, screwing the bolts to the mounting brackets attached to the inside fender, then replacing the carpet & clips to position it exactly, then pressing down on the four bolt heads to create an impression in the carpet backing where the holes needed to be cut. Worked like a charm.
