Castor Adjustment?

Can someone explain to me the correct direction of adjustment for the castor angle?

I have 5˚53' castor on my left front and 7˚38' on the right front. I need to get the left front forward to match the right so basically should more cam be showing on the adjuster towards the front of the car or less?

I have also searched and read a few stories about the adjusters seizing up, is it possible to dis-assemble them and lube them up?

The car has no visible damage to the A arms, bushes, chassis or ball joints by the way....

If anyone has any pictures to help explain that would be excellent.

I've looked at the sevice manual and searched but cannot find the info I require...

Did you look on 18-9 under the Castor adjustments. It has the limits at +8 I believe. It also shows where your castor dial needs to be as you start.
