caster adjusting cam plate

Does anyone know where I might find a caster adjusting cam plate? It looks like a large washer about 1 1/4 inches in diameter, with a large offset bolt hole, and hash marks along the edge. It also has a small six sided hole opposite the large bolt hole. This cam plate is turned by the technician in an alignment shop to set the caster angle.

I've tried to obtain one from Acura, but it is not sold separately from the compliance pivot assembly, and that cost around $800.
