No ones gonna do it... They automatically close your account if you get caught. Carfax is about worthless anyhow...
Well, you are partially correct.
The will close your account if they catch you doing it.
However, the OP didn't post the kind of vehicle or the VIN so it would be very hard for CARFAX to catch them.
I agree about CARFAX not being worth much though.
At least he/she didn't post the VIN #. :smile: The nice thing about carfax is seeing how many owners there were and what part of the country the car has been in. That is about the extent of its usefullness. Accident history is worthless. IMO if the OP is really serious about buying a car, they should spend the $25. Then they can run history reports on all their other cars while they are at it. :wink:
