To recap: Your engine is turning over (so battery is OK). You have some sort of electronic clicking (do you know where it is coming from and does it ever stop?) So we assume you're getting fuel since the system is pressurizing (unless your filter or fuel line is completely clogged - improbable). The next thing I'd check is, are you getting spark from the sparkplugs?
