Why not? They're all built by hand so the same amount of labor and dedication to quality has gone into NSX#1 as well as the most recent one to roll out of the plant.
The only concern would be the maintanence, but that's not dependent on the number built.

There were very few problems in even the first production NSXs to be sold (which, incidentally, started with #000063 in the United States). Arguably the most serious problem in the NSX, the snap ring transmission problem, didn't even appear until towards the end of the 1991 model year.

What number is it?
I would love to own one of the early production NSX's. Actually, I saw one a few months ago that was a 1992 model I think, and it was #000001. Pretty cool to have the first one of the production year. 
vin is number 45
The vin is number 45. Acura in Canada cant tell me what number they started at. It seems the atari system isn't running any more without the joystick.
